You can customize the list of Departments in ShopHire, so you can associate your open roles to their respective teams and give job seekers insight into your organization's structure.
To make sure job seekers know which department a job is under, all jobs are assigned a department using the dropdown on job setup.
You can customize the list of departments by going to the settings page.
Hover over a department to Edit or Remove departments
Click the Add department button to add new departments to your account
