What are Disposition Codes?

Disposition Codes track why candidates didn't work out, primarily for OFCCP (Office of Federal Contractor Compliance Program) purposes. When going to disqualify a candidate, you will be prompted to select a disqualification reason. 

Default Disposition Codes

  • Doesn't meet minimum qualifications
  • Not considered
  • More qualified candidate selected
  • Salary requested too high
  • Applied after offer was extended

To customize your organization's disposition codes go to the Settings page.  

Edit or Remove a disposition code by hovering over that code.

Click the +Add disposition code button to add a custom code.
