How to add notes and score a candidate?

Go to the Candidate Details page

Review the candidates information and resume

Enter notes about the candidate under Thoughts on this candidate text area

Give the candidate an Overall Rating by selecting Very Poor, Poor, Ok, Good or Excellent

Click Save
